Hansen Engineering & Machinery, Co. Inc. was founded in 1909, by renowned engineer, Sinius Hansen. Hansen Engineering was founded as a manufacturer of shoe making machinery, to support a thriving New England industry at the turn of the 20th Century. The advent of jet engine technology helped Hansen Engineering transform itself into one of the countries first manufacturers of critical rotating aircraft engine components. The company has been continuously owned and operated by the Hansen Family, now in its fourth generation.
Our Capabilities
Our core competencies include conventional machining as a special process including hole making, milling and turning to NADCAP AC7126, GE Specifications; P11TF12 hole making, P11TF17 turning and P16TE4B torch Brazing. Pratt & Whitney specification ASQR-01.
We are capable of machining aircraft-grade forgings up to 35” in diameter.
