Utilizing Solidworks, Mastercam and CIMCO we prepare 3D models, develop manufacturing processes, create operational drawings and CNC programs to make your design a reality, including full 4 axis simultaneous machining programs.
Hansen Engineering specializes in the machining of aerospace grade superalloys to extremely tight tolerances. Our capabilities are;
• Conventional turning in horizontal and vertical lathes up to 35” in diameter
• Conventional milling up to 40” x 22” x 20”
• Multi axis mill-turn with simultaneous 4 axis machining with a capacity up to 26” in diameter X 60” long.
• We are certified as a special process supplier to perform hole making, milling and turning to GE specifications P11TF12, P11TF17 and NADCAP AC7126. Our capabilities include 4 axis simultaneous machining.
We provide torch brazing services to GE specification P16TE4B, NADCAP AC7110 & AC7110/1. Additionally, we have NDT services available on site.
We have the capability to deburr to the requirements specified in GE specification P11TF15.
We have an AS9100D, ISO9001:2015 certified quality system that is fully compliant with Pratt and Whitney specification ASQR-01. Inspections are performed in accordance with the requirements specified in AS9102. We have 3 CMM’s on site with a measuring capacity of 36” X 48” X 26” and can provide full documentation as required.
Dot Peen Marking
Dot peen marking provides fast, accurate marks while exerting minimal force on the part surface. Text, logos, and 2D Data Matrix codes can be marked in any size or orientation.
